01. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By submitting an application or publishing content on the Auxtoria Creator Portal ("Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Auxtoria Inc. ("Auxtoria", "we", "us"). You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as an independent creator.
If you are registering on behalf of a company, publishing house, or organization, you warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
02. Intellectual Property & Licensing Rights
Your Ownership: You retain all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in and to the original stories, artwork, voice recordings, videos, games, and educational materials ("Creator Content") you upload to Auxtoria.
Non-Exclusive License: By uploading Creator Content to Auxtoria, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license to stream, host, store, translate, display, and distribute your content across Auxtoria apps, websites, and partner platforms for young readers and learners.
Originality Warranty: You explicitly warrant that all Creator Content submitted by you is original, owned solely by you, or properly licensed from third-party copyright holders, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
03. Children's Content Safety & Moderation
Auxtoria is dedicated to providing safe, enriching, and culturally relevant content for children and families. All Creator Content is subject to automated and human moderation prior to publication.
The following materials will result in immediate rejection and potential permanent ban:
- Violence, gore, or frightening imagery inappropriate for kids.
- Profanity, vulgarity, sexually explicit, or suggestive themes.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harmful stereotypes.
- Plagiarized content or unauthorized use of copyrighted characters/brands.
- Direct advertising, undisclosed commercial promotion, or external links aimed at minors.
04. Royalties, Earnings & Payment Terms
Revenue Split: Creator earnings are calculated based on subscriber consumption, direct content purchases, or platform engagement minutes. Creators receive 70% of net revenue generated by their published content, with Auxtoria retaining a 30% platform management fee.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Royalties accumulate in your Creator Account balance and are paid out monthly once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $50.00 USD (or equivalent local currency).
Tax Responsibilities: Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with earnings disbursed by Auxtoria.
05. Account Termination & Content Removal
You may request to remove your published content or close your Creator Account at any time by giving 30 days written notice to support@auxtoria.com.
Auxtoria reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Creator Account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or compromises platform integrity.
