01. Information We Collect
When you register for or use the Auxtoria Creator Portal, we collect information necessary to manage your creator account, verify identity, process payouts, and publish your content safely:
- Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture, bio, and contact preference.
- Creator Applications & Submissions: Application notes, sample media, stories, audio tracks, videos, lessons, and interactive activities.
- Financial & Payout Information: Bank account name, account number, bank code, and billing tax details required for disbursing monthly royalties.
- Technical & Usage Logs: IP address, browser type, login timestamp, and platform navigation metrics.
02. How We Use Your Data
We use the data collected strictly for legitimate platform operations:
Account & Content Moderation
Reviewing creator applications, verifying creator identity, and evaluating content for kid safety.
Royalty Calculation & Payouts
Computing monthly reader engagement minutes, calculating earnings, and disbursing funds.
Platform Notifications
Sending submission status updates, moderation feedback, payout statements, and policy changes.
Service Security
Detecting unauthorized logins, preventing fraudulent activity, and ensuring system uptime.
03. Children's Data Protection & COPPA Compliance
The Auxtoria Creator Portal is designed exclusively for adult creators (18+). Auxtoria strictly complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K).
We do not collect personal identification data from child consumers on behalf of creators, and creator content published on Auxtoria must not attempt to collect, request, or track personal information from young readers.
04. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We share creator data only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate Auxtoria:
- Google Cloud & Firebase: Secure user authentication, database storage, media file hosting, and session management.
- Paystack / Stripe: PCI-DSS compliant banking payment processing.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery for account notifications.
05. Your Privacy Rights & Data Management
You have full control over your personal data:
- Access & Export: You can view and update your profile details directly in your Dashboard Settings.
- Account Deletion: You can request complete account deletion by contacting privacy@auxtoria.com. Upon verification, all non-financial personal data will be purged within 30 days.
